Delivery 5 – 7 working days from order placement (uk and overseas) but we aim for 1-2 day delivery when possible for UK customers.

We believe that getting your item to you safely and quickly is of paramount importance. We therefore send everything special signed for delivery and we insure every postage item. As a result our postage costs are around £7.50 per item over £50 and £5 under £50. This protects both us and you against items getting lost and insures that expensive and precious jewellery is not shoved through letterboxes for the dog to chew on!
Overseas costs / import tax is more - individually priced based on item

If our products are in any way not suitable, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on sale, discounted products, only credit notes which are valid for one year from date of issue after which it expires.
if you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange them for another item please wrap and return them marking clearly on the outside package (please, don't write on the gift box if it came with one) 'returned goods'. Then, please fill in the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you are returning your item, so we can quickly put things right.

We are not yet able to cover the cost of returning your item. If you wish to send your purchase back to us for an exchange or refund, please make sure that you use a ‘Signed for’ service to send them back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive.

We will however send you your exchanged item back to you at no extra cost.
Please return new and unworn within 28 days from the date on which you ordered them.
A full refund is given on full price items (less postage and packaging), please allow two statements for your refund to show back up on your statement. We aim to refund our customers within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.
All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card including sales taxes for all EU countries and excluding shipping charges. Refunds of International customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU.

Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns if your items have been worn or marked but if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
